Base Training Week 3 (07-13/07/08) Summary

Push Week. Minggu ini lebih aktif compare dgn last week, but still unable utk meet target. Tapi secara positif, lebih baik dari bulan2 sebelumnya yg purata hanya 1-2 jam seminggu.

Monday : 30 minutes cross train or MTB (Skip lagi, adoi!!!)

Tuesday : REST (Done 15 mins cross train - jogging)

Thursday : REST

Friday : 1 hour 15 minutes cross training session (Rest)

Saturday : REST (Done 51.52 mins, 16.17km MTB onroad + easy hill, Av 18.6km/h Mx 36.5km/h)
